West Coast style IPA showcasing tropical cutting edge hop varietals. A light malt base of two row, wheat and a touch of pilsner provide a platform for a complex bouquet of pineapple, papaya, mango and candy-like stone fruit and citrus tones. This IPA has a mellow bitterness and a smooth pleasant dry finish.
HOPS: El Dorado, Citra, 07270, Ekuanot, Eureka!
ABV: 6.9%
PALE
Heavily hopped West Coast style pale ale bursting with a bright citrus and fruity hop complexity. It has just enough malt presence to allow the loads of hops to shine through, including a generous dry hopping. This crisp hop forward beer has a dry refreshing finish.
HOPS: Mosaic, Simcoe, Ekuanot
ABV: 5.6%
STANDARD
Clean, crisp, refreshing. Our take on a pilsner, this cold fermented ale is easy drinking and full of flavor. A light grainy malt backbone and a prominent floral hop character with a dry thirst-quenching finish.

HAZY IPA
A hazy IPA packed with a jaw-dropping quantity of Mosaic hops. This aromatic IPA has a ripe juicy character with notes of fresh peaches and mango. A soft, silky mouthfeel is complemented by a smooth, refreshing finish.
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Highland Park, this West Coast Pils is hopped with @freestylehops Nelson Sauvin (Bliss), @nzhopsltd Superdelic Cryo, @yakimachief Krush Cryo & HBC 1134. This late harvest Nelson Sauvin from Freestyle uses their Bliss Process, resulting in amplified thiols and incredibly expressive aromas of tropical fruit complexity; notes of mango, red grapefruit and white grape.
