From Bags to Bulk

Some of you may have noticed the 30ft steel tank sitting on the side of the brewery and no, that's not another fermentation tank, it's our new silo! A 5000lb galvanized steel behemoth that holds up to 60,000lbs of grain. 

No more manhandling 55lbs bags of grain one by one, just a truckload delivering bulk on the reg and the ease of an automated system. A big milestone for MadeWest as it will allow us to keep pushing the bounds of our brewery and bring you more great beer.
